Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our store. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process:
- Contact our customer service via email at returns@eighthgen.pk
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided return address
- Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was defective or damaged
- The wrong item was shipped to you
- The item does not match the product description
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you via email about the status of your return
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- You will receive a refund confirmation email
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned with signs of use or damage
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (up to 15% restocking fee may apply)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process as outlined above
- Specify the item you wish to exchange for
- If the new item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Free return shipping will be provided
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Contact us immediately after placing your order
- If the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued
- If the order has been shipped, the return policy applies
